Findings show that effective TMS among decision-makers enhances information sharing, coordination, and ultimately, acquisition outcomes. For managers, this underscores the value of building strong, collaborative knowledge networks within leadership teams to improve acquisition performance by leveraging specialized expertise effectively throughout the decision-making process.
